Billie – kitchen heaven!

Every once in a while, we get a shoot location house that blows us away. That was certainly the case with Billie, a modernised West London house that ticks all the boxes.

Featuring a huge rear extension, the kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly, with incredible use of colour and styling. There is a skylight that runs the length of the room and modern crittal windows that open up onto the garden beyond.

From the concrete floor in the kitchen area, the house flows up into the wooden flooring in the lounge area via two steps, making the whole space feel as one. Use of colour and metallic touches give the whole space a unique and modern feel.

The living room is calm and peaceful, with parquet flooring, shutters on the windows, simple furniture and a warming rug on the floor.

The garden at the rear of the kitchen is well thought out and has an air of the tropics.
