1st Option are proud to represent Albion. This old Victorian house is based in the London Fields area of East London and is a great location for both home shoots and studio, as it features a separate studio at the rear of the garden. The property has a neutral interior, with distinctive features within each room. The kitchen / dining area is a beautiful large space, with wooden flooring, industrial-style metallic kitchen units, concrete worktops, dark coloured feature walls, wooden shelving, exposed brick wall and a central island. Along with the light flooding through the skylights, the kitchen area also features a glass wall with sliding doors, through which you can see onto the terrace garden, which is home to an abundance of mature planting, wooden decking and a lovely seating area. Past the decking area, the mature garden extends down to the studio space at the end.
Continuing the wooden floor, the kitchen leads through to the living room, which again features an exposed brick wall, dark feature wall and sumptuous seating on the crushed velvet sofa. In both areas there is an abundance of beautiful plants, which give the spaces a real homely feel. Up the hanging steel staircase you'll find the main bedroom, which is decorated in neutral tones. The main bathroom again extends the industrial feel, with concrete sink, along with reclaimed wooden cupboards, metal lighting and exposed vintage pipework around the sink and the walk-in shower.
As previously mentioned, there is a jewel at the end of the garden in the shape of a fully-functional photographic studio, with crittal windows along one side, concrete flooring, a large selection of backdrops, changing area and various studio equipment. If renting the main house, the studio area is also available at an additional cost.
