Featuring a large open plan kitchen/ diner with polished concrete floors, cream walls and a vaulted ceiling. A stainless steel kitchen sits at the back of the room with modern appliances and a wood panelled kitchen island. A dining table with red chairs is to the left of the room and behind them you will find a small home bar.
Leather sofas surround a working fireplace and bright coloured artwork covers the walls and large potted plants add pops of green to the space. Floor-to-ceiling windows give uninterrupted sea views and flood the space with natural light. The kitchen also has balcony access.
Coming down a red staircase you will find a dark coloured hallway with artwork and beach access. The property boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, on the lower level you will find a neutral double bedroom with a white marble and tile ensuite, a lime-washed sage green double bedroom with large windows and a stylish ensuite bathroom. The guest room, also available for shoots, includes a double bed and built-in bunk beds.
The property has two bathrooms available for filming, one deep red and white tiled with a wood cladded alcove bathtub plus large mirror and a WC with terracotta tiling. A utility room and kitchen is also available, perfect for food shoots.
A study with red walls and concrete floors also feature, with a built-in wall of bookshelves and a separate attached smaller office.
The attic of the house boasts a bedroom with carpet flooring and deep green walls plus a second office/ workspace for creatives.
Outside you will find a landscaped garden with a flagstone footpath and tall grass with direct access to the beach. A small wooden patio with outside seating is also available.
