A mid Victorian low red brick building with cream stone coigns around the exterior edges of the house and of the windows and doors. It is half of an old Lodge C1859. The interior has large rooms with high ceilings and intricate cornicing in the two main reception rooms. There is a hall with staircase, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a dinning room which has French windows leading onto the garden. The kitchen also has French windows leading onto the garden. There are three shoot bedrooms, one with a bath in the bedroom, a separate bathroom and a shower room.
