Deerhurst Road is an original 70’s house spread over four floors totalling 6,000 sq ft.
This shoot location near Streatham has a very bright, spacious dining and living area with folding, sliding doors leading onto contemporary style terrace/patio. An adjacent open-plan kitchen has an American suburbia feel with its breakfast bar and dining corner.
Other retro features include a brown and yellow 70’s bathroom with round tub and an original avocado suite in the second bathroom. There are a total of three spacious bedrooms available for shoots, two of which have retro furnishings. The master bedroom has more contemporary feel with a floor to ceiling wall of books.
The basement snug room has vintage lounge and bar area overlooking the indoor swimming pool. The pool area can be opened up by folding the doors that run along the width of the house allowing access to the patio on the basement level.
