This is adjacent to the separate, private annexe, where you will find the homeowner's private prestige car collection (all of which are available for hire), a separate kitchen, living room and bathroom area. This could be perfect for talent or crew to prepare or set up before or during shoots.
The house itself overlooks a large lake with a private jetty, accompanied by a canoe and paddleboards (all of which are available). During the summer months, the terrace that overlooks the jetty is a direct sun trap and the hot tub and palm trees found here offer a certain MAlibu feel to certain areas of the garden.
The interior of the property continues the exteriors lavish trend the moment you enter, as you are met by the open-plan living room finished with a chandelier and direct views of the lake.
