This transformed 1960s industrial warehouse has a ground floor near to 8,500sq ft - its blank canvas offers a flexible space, ideal for a wide range of filming & photography briefs. Fountayne has been designed with adaptability at its core, and their management team are willing to discuss any bespoke requirements. The commercial building has an industrial aesthetic, featuring raw brickwork, concrete floors, and even some defunct industrial machinery/ pipework.
The space boasts 4.6m-high ceilings, striking industrial columns, an onsite bar (which can be covered up if needed) & a cafe, pre-installed trusswork and lighting infrastructure and a PA system. It also offers a 26-cubicle unisex toilet block, loading bay facilities and access to an additional ancillary space, which includes changing rooms and a studio.
