Herringbone is a sleek and modern residence on a half-acre plot in Kew.
The West London shoot location features a sprawling and open plan ground floor, outfitted with gorgeous herringbone parquet floors and a dark neutral colour scheme. There’s a spacious kitchen area, with a kitchen island and exposed brick. The dining area boasts bi-fold doors and a skylight that practically illuminates the space, while the living area possesses both sliding doors and floor to ceiling glass windows. There’s no doubt that you’ll have more than enough natural light shining upon your shoot at Herringbone!
Following the floating spiral staircase up to the first floor, you'll find five bedrooms – all with their own ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom is bright and colourful, with two children’s rooms available upon request. The bathrooms range from light and neutral to dark and bright designs, with details such as interesting tiles or freestanding baths.
Herringbone includes some fantastic and unique features, such as its very own photography studio on site. With large Crittall windows and skylights, it’s bright and airy. The concrete flooring, exposed brick, as well as both dark and light walls, create a minimally modern and versatile studio space.
The expansive grounds, with an outside seating area and a grove of trees, is also home to an infrared sauna. The large driveway can easily fit 6-8 cars.
Please note this location has a £20 electric fee per day, and there is a £90 cleaning fee per shoot.
