Introducing a location like no other, welcome to Martini.
This incredible space is conveniently situated a short walk away from Willesden Green, North West London. This 1930s detached house has recently undergone a brilliant rear extension, including the kitchen and garage conversion annex.
The rear extension offers an outstanding kitchen/ dining area with a bar, also acting as an indulgent socialising area. This space offers rich, warm interiors with a moody palette of purple and gold, complementing concrete, wood and stone surfaces bringing texture to the space. A fantastic breakfast bar reaches round, moulding seamlessly into the kitchen countertop, that of which features golden sanitary fittings and a built-in stove.
Adjacent to the kitchen area, the magnificent bar can be found; this is unlike any home bar you would have seen before. Clients will find themselves feeling fully immersed, as if they were in a real-life, sophisticated venue.
Multiple lighting fixtures and fittings can be spotted, undoubtedly adding to the warm and cosy atmosphere of this spacious room.
All bedrooms at Martini are available for shoots. This includes 2 very large doubles, 1 single and 2 more bedrooms in the annex.
The master ensuite is painted in a uniform dark and dreamy green, the colour spreading itself across united fixtures, including a television unit, a wardrobe and a large nook in front of the windows, equipped with a desk.
The ensuite bathroom, also presenting itself verdant in colour, features a stone-tiled wet room shower, a black freestanding basin and a beautiful wooden vanity unit.
One of the bedrooms, simple in decor, showcases gorgeous wood panelling, leading up from the back of the bed to the ceiling, giving the space a unique touch while keeping in-tune with the rest of the house’s decor.
The main bathroom at Martini is one to remember, giving clients a luxury, yet humble impression of the space. A huge, round jacuzzi bathtub is tucked into one corner, surrounded by distinctive, vintage-style artwork across white tiles. The bath is surfaced with traditional black wood panelling.
Continuing the monochrome theme of this bathroom, the floor is tiled in a dark stone, matching effortlessly with the double-basin vanity unit, black walls and the crittall-style doors that lead out onto a private roof terrace.
The downstairs living room emits a more homely feel through its presentation of traditional wooden tables, abundance of plants, dark parquet floors and patterned daybeds resting on the floor opposite the television. Coordinating with the kitchen/ dining area, this space is coated in a deep scarlet.
A smaller part of the property houses an additional kitchen, dining and lounge area. A small study can also be found in the main house, providing an extra space for shoots.
