The Tram Depot is a unique warehouse studio located in a former Victorian tram depot. The glass pitched roof and large critical windows maximise daylight, with the option to black out the entire space.
Other standout features include a fully functioning kitchen for food shoots, wooden floorboards, exposed brick, white brick, distressed concrete walls and original large red pine beams, as well as double height shoot area.
The space also has many lush plants, a range of props, rolling walls that can be modified and an undercover outside area, making the location studio suitable for filming, photography and events.
There is a communal space in which shooting is allowed which gives access to the original Victorian cobbled yard and exterior of other warehouses.
Further to this, the depot offers shower and bath facilities as well as a fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher, range cooker, large rolling island, viewing gallery and client area.
Additionally there is a raw space next door that can also be hired for extra space that features a concrete floor, white brick walls and an abundance pf natural light from a glass roof that runs the full length of the space.
