A four bedroom semi-detached Edwardian location house built in 1910.

This quirky, colourful period property is packed with individual character, with original stained glass, feature cast iron fireplaces, serving hatch leading from the kitchen into the dining room and original split levels with steps in and out of rooms. The anaglypta wallpaper below the dado rail is original, as is the mosaic hallway floor, cornicing and architraving.

It’s been decorated in a vintage eclectic style with patterned botanical wallpapers, crackle glaze tiles, chandeliers and brass fixtures and fittings. The 1930’s style cream kitchen has a vintage tiled fireplace around the range cooker and steel Crittall patio double doors leading out onto a herringbone brick patio area. The original stained glass French doors in the second reception room lead to a seating area outside under a leafy pergola, with brick BBQ.

There’s a large south-east facing wildlife garden, with flowering trees, ponds and a curved brick pathway  leading to a generously-sized outbuilding at the back. This building has two rooms - a bedroom and vintage-style kitchenette connected with reclaimed Edwardian timber doors (original stained glass) and a white tiled shower room. The side passage is sloped all the way to the garden, with an outside tap. There's a kids tree house above another seating area and electric plug sockets outside in two parts of the garden.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms; two have original fireplaces, and one is being used as an office. The house bathroom is vintage in style with pale blue and black Art Deco tiles and red cast iron roll top bath.
