Introducing Rosemary: a spacious, Edwardian terraced home full of original features including fireplaces, cornicing, ceiling roses, corbels, skirtings, architraves and original doors. This shoot location boasts a large front sitting room, a study, a WC restroom and a utility room. Adopting soft interiors throughout, this beautiful property demonstrates a tasteful use of understated pastel tones, specifically of cream, sage and rosemary. Decor is balanced between original features, traditional furniture and contemporary accessories and fittings, making it a versatile house for a range of shoots.
The kitchen is open-plan, bright and airy, with a marvellous central island which provides a sink basin and plenty of workspace. The adjacent dining spot is accommodating and well-lit by glass garden doors and skylights directly above. A living area is tucked away just in front of a set of floor-to-ceiling glass doors, giving views of the garden. This space, similarly to the dining spot, features sleek wood-panelled walls. The landscaped garden presents a stone patio with two separate seating areas, both perfect for outside lounging, dining, and a shoot breakout space.
The master bedroom is consistent in tone, characterised slightly through wooden elements in furniture, plants and textured cushions. Clients can find two playful Scandi-style children’s bedrooms; the first features a baby cot, a monochrome rug, jungle-themed wallpaper and half-height wall panelling. The second has a single teepee style bed, another wood-panelled wall and pops of colour through toys and artwork.
Rosemary is a fantastic shoot location that we are more than pleased to represent in our portfolio. Get in touch today to feature this fresh property in your next project!
